This PR (very) subtly surfaces all of a user's displayable roles on their profile. Other places where roles appear such as user cards and forum author boxes are untouched in this branch.
If a user has multiple roles, a dotted border appears around their role label:
On hover, their roles are displayed:
This doesn't help mobile users very much, but it at least gives people a way to determine if a user is an active developer or not.
