Replaces the "Load sample query button" dropdown with a modal showing a list of templates + sample queries. Clicking on either loads the query builder with the appropriate shape. If the selected example was a template, the node pickers (filtered by type) can be used to fill in the blanks.
Old sample queries code + caching functionality was removed
