Tweaks/improvements to stall/spin characteristics, general
FDM improvements.

Updates to JSBSim FDM and documentation for Camel ver 1.4

This includes several updates to the FDM, including better modeling of
ailerons and roll rate, a historically accurate lift/drag table, tweaks to
rudder and dihedral effects, tweaks to fuel load-out,
center of gravity, damping, increased percentage of
enginer starts, and various other flight characteristic
tweaks.
