* move provider config message to warning * update NEAR typeform * simplify spec reference links * add spec proposal guide (WIP) * finish 1st draft of specs guide * fix links in spec-reference * add proper links in spec page * add emoji to guide title in navbar * edit sidebar nav * remove outdated lavad language from provider tls guide
