…r-admin#148) `Rails.application.secrets` is deprecated in rails 7.1 and will be removed in rails 7.2. all we need to do, however, is use the `credentials` method
…otor-admin#149) in rails 7.1 using positional arguments causes a deprecation warning. so we use the `coder` kwarg as in most other cases. i think this one was missed when the others were changed
