tag 추가하기 버튼을 추가했습니다
- 스페이스 or 엔터로 트리거를 걸어뒀더니, 다들 태그를 작성만 하고 등록을 안해서 눈에 띄게 버튼을 추가
creatRoom dropdown css 애니메이션이 급하게 들어오는 느낌으로 되어 있어 스르륵 애니메이션을 추가했습니다
- keyframe y: -100% -> 0 으로 내려오게 수정
- 추후에 dropdown component로 빼면 재사용 하기 쉬울것 같아요
