ports/mimxrt: Add back in cryptolib and hashlib md5.

extmod/network_ninaw10: Activate the NIC on call to connect/config.

Activate the NIC on calls to connect() or config() if it's not already
active, to allow config() to be called before the NIC is activated.
This changes makes the NINA NIC more inline with CYW43 and other NICs
which allow configuring the NIC before or after it's activated.
