Pre-processing the image of a cheque to extract only the image of the cheque leaf and excluding any background image.
Use the cropped image and the Object Character Recognition (OCR) method to extract the desired data from the cheque leaf.
The OCR method returns a table with respective fields, use the table to extract the necessary data to process the cheque.
