Snes9x4D for RG99 Alpha1

Experimental compilation.
Most games can't run at full speed (30~40fps), try some PAL version game without Super FX. (Or play the alternatives on the GBA)

Use snes9x4d.opk in default, you can try snes9x4d_rg99_2012od.opk but there is almost no difference.

Use 432Mhz if possible for the best experience. (An overclocked RG99 may cause permanent damage to the device).
