Adjust hand emojis to be uniformly right handed and adjust menorah emoji

Emojis which are primarily representations of hands are all now right
handed to better align with other popular emoji sets.

The menorah emoji has been updated to include the proper number of
candles.

Removes skin tone modifiers for multi-person emojis

Unicode has approved deprecating support for skin tone modifiers on
emojis which contain more than one person. More can be read about this

Updates Pouting Cat Face to be front facing, enlarges star in Vietnam…

… flag

All cat face emojis are now front facing to better align with other
emoji set representations. Additionally, the star in the Vietnam flag
was increased in size to better match with the official flag.
