refactor: OnesComplement Tests Using Parameterized Inputs

• Replaced duplicate exception tests with a parameterized test using @NullAndEmptySource.
• Added parameterized test for invalid (non-binary) strings.
• Improved test clarity, coverage, and maintainability.

• All filenames are in PascalCase.
• All functions and variable names follow Java naming conventions.
