AutoRACE Simulator 0.1.0

Initial release of AutoRACE Simulator. This version of the simulator was employed for implementing and validating autonomous racing using a hybrid imitation-reinforcement learning architecture as a part of Minor Project II (15MH376L) at the Department of Mechatronics Engineering, SRMIST during the academic year 2019-20.
