Prevent Formatting Toolbar from Closing on Click Inside Editor

Prevent the formatting toolbar from closing when the click occurs inside the editor. This also ensures that if a selection is active and the formatting toolbar is visible, clicking within the selection area will not close the toolbar—unless the user clicks elsewhere to create a new selection
