Output RCM file name robustness

The file names of the output correspondence models (RCMs) is appended to enable saving multiple RCMs in case a sliding transformation was used. Now, the file extension will not be assumed by default making the behaviour more robust.

Command line options corrected

This release fixes an earlier issue where the command-line app only displayed a help message and exited when all required parameters were provided.

Initial release

This is the first release of SuPReMo. Build instructions in the documentation for Linux-type systems which are also usable for builds on Windows. However, a Windows installer is attached to this release.
