Some questions have already been asked in issues, but so far have not been documented. This PR adds an FAQ page (FAQ.md in the repo root) to prevent people from having to click through all resolved issues to see if their question has been answered somewhere, or accidentally duplicating an issue.
Most of the questions are still unanswered though (open issues). Also not sure if 'FAQ' is the correct term here, since these questions have only been asked once.
For questions with answers, I put the link to the source in a markdown comment for now.
