This is the distribution repository for Virtual Monopoly Deal where you can get the .jar file from the dist folder to run the game without compiling it yourself.
To run the program, clone the project then open up cmd and type:

java -jar "path\to\Virtual-Monopoly-Deal\Virtual Monopoly Deal\dist\Virtual_Monopoly_Deal.jar"

Example: java -jar "D:\Docs\Western Stuff\Semester 4\Soft Eng I\Virtual-Monopoly-Deal\Virtual Monopoly Deal\dist\Virtual_Monopoly_Deal.jar"

Or simply navigate to the dist folder and find the "Virtual_Monopoly_Deal.jar" and run it.
