- Moodle 2.7 or 2.8
- Place in lib/editor/atto/plugins
- Upgrade your Moodle
- Navigate to Site administration -> Plugins -> Text editors -> Atto HTML editor -> Atto toolbar settings
- Add the 'cssfontsize' plugin in your location of choice
