kbfd is BFD(Bidirectional Forwarding Detection) implementation 
in Linux Kernel Module.

It is available patch for zebra-0.95a.
(quagga's patch also avaliable soon.)
This could be control kbfd and utilize for ospfd/ospf6d/bgpd to use
bfd fast failure detection.

- Requirement
  linux kernel version linux-2.6.16 source tree at least.
  CONFIG_IPV6 or ipv6.ko(in case module build)

  Linux 2.6.17(SMP) on vmware Celeron 2.66GHz with 100M ether
  Linux 2.6.16.42(PREEMPT) on Celeron 450MHz with 802.11 wlan(!!)

- How to INSTALL
  tar xfz kbfd-$(VERSION).tar.gz
  cd kbfd
  make
  sudo make install

- How to build zebra-enabled
  cd kbfd
  make zebra

- How to run kbfd
  sudo modprobe kbfd

- How to use zebra with enable-bfd
  ip ospf bfd-enable
  ipv6 ospf bfd-enable
  neighbor (A.B.C.D|X:X::X:X) bfd-enable
  show bfd neighbors
