JSON 64bit fix (walletd -1)

This is a fix to the json rpc that was sending 32 bit instead of 64 bit, resulting in -1 in the rpc return.

Note walletd is still producing -1, and this might have been tracked down to outstanding transactions. Another bug has been raised to cover this perceived issue.
