version 1.9.1 release tar built

1.9.0 release: not identical to the 1.9.0rc2 release.

It includes a bunch of small typos/fixes found in the rc2 release,
including some missing files in the release tarball, and a
64-bit alignment fix.

    Add a target in Makefile.in for Exuberant Ctags use: 'extags'.
