Notes on Dxf2Svg.
The project was originally developed in 2004 with Java 1.4. The purpose 
was to produce SVG graphics from Autodesk's DXF (Document eXchange Format)
drawings.

All source code is copyright Andrew Nisbet 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2015 and is presented 
here with the MIT license.
