Getting Started

1. Install dependencies: npm install

2. Start development server: npm run dev

3. Build for production: npm run build

4. Run linting: npm run lint

Usage

1. Import Calendar:

   • Click "Import" button
   • Select JSON file with calendar data
   • Data will be parsed and displayed

2. Manage Meetings:

   • Drag and drop to prioritize
   • Add comments and notes
   • Request cancellations or changes
   • Track meeting duration

3. Generate Reports:

   • Click "Send Email" to generate summary
   • Review meeting statistics
   • Monitor time allocation

Configuration

• Target hours can be adjusted in stats panel
• Meeting status tracked per meeting
• Persistent storage configuration in settingsStore
• TypeScript and build settings in tsconfig files
