Updates the Brazilian Portuguese translation to the last changes and features.
As before, all the terms and names were checked in Civilopedia to maintain the harmonic between the mod's texts and the game's texts.
Also, everything was tested to guarantee that no broken test is shown and any text is wider than the text boxes.
