### Delay

This utility will delay the initial scheduler request (default behavior is equivalent to WAIT_ON_INTERVAL). Setting an environment variable `WAIT_ON_DELAY=5000` (milliseconds) sets the intial delay for 5 seconds otherwise it will be the default WAIT_ON_INTERVAL.
