v0.2.1 Small cleanup

Simple clean ups and janitoring, like adding a gitignore, improving icons and removing VS code files

Initial Beta Version

This is the first stable version of the extension.

Is mostly functional, but more work is needed on the UI, supporting more websites (doesn't seem to work on Gmail and Stackoverflow).
Also, more options are needed, such as an on/off button and the possibility to change OpenAI endpoint. In the future, also integration with offline LLM should be investigated.
