Potts_DTI

Code for: *Lan Z., Reich BJ and Bandyopadhyay D. (2021). A Bayesian semiparametric mixture model for spatially-dependent positive definite matrices with applications to diffusion tensor imaging, The Canadian Journal of Statistics, 49(1), 129-149

1. The code are written in Rcpp, please make sure you have complier ready for c++ library. If you use Mac system, see http://thecoatlessprofessor.com/programming/r-compiler-tools-for-rcpp-on-macos/.

2. The MAIN_FUNCTION.R contains all functions for implementation, please source it and install all the required packages before implementation

3. The function "Potts_Bayesian_Semi_Multi()" is the main function for implementation

4. A example script is provided in Example_SimA.html and Example_SimB.html
