Mann and Kinn

Welcome to our escape horror game created on Unity!

Description:

Mann and Kinn is a game about an ex-factory worker who wakes up trapped in this abandoned building they used to work at. The goal of the game is to survive, the player must escape from the monsters (mannequins), using the corresponding items to help them survive the night or risk becoming a mannequin. The gameplay consists of the player controlling the character to find the exit of the building (a maze). The player will need to use various types of items to help them delay the monster from attacking while trying to escape. The player does not have any weapons, and the monster can not be killed.

In this project, we used assets available from the Unity asset store and built models of our own. We used a volumetric fog to give our game a spooky feel/give the player an immersive experience. The monsters/mannequins use a weeping angel mechanic which if you are not looking at them, they will attack, whereas if you are they won't.
