gisinternals 上的 gdal-204-1900-x64-core

运行 RasterTest 下的单元测试，测试 gdal 是否安装配置正确。 能够输出版本信息说明 gdal 及 gdal.jar 安装配置成功。 能够读取元数据说明安装的gdal版本与使用的gdal.jar的版本一致

排除不需要或与项目依赖存在冲突的库

可以根据需要排除某些依赖，例如

注意，排除之后，依赖这些库的相关功能会无法使用
