an apache web server that you can run your own HTML code on. can be run on Mac OS X, Linux, and Windows. install the following: Vagrant Virtualbox (Ruby and an SSH application for Windows) after cloning, cd into the folder and run ‘vagrant up’ to run the virtual server. then in Virtualbox configure your own port forwarding settings under ‘Setting -> Network -> Port Forwarding(button)’
