Full release of the file format!

- Fixed a bunch of grammar errors
- Reconsidered some minor design decisions

The second release candidate for the Norg file format!

This release candidate includes fixes such as:
- Incorrect formatting in verbatim
- Consistency issues with whitespace and newlines being the same thing
- Ambiguous/unclear definitions for things like paragraph segments.
