== Welcome to the Quiz Manager

This Rails application is being built for a presentation on Agile/XP techniques.

Use this application to create a set of multiple choice questions that can be answered by contestants using SMS. Integration with an SMS gateway of some kind is required. The application was built with Twilio in mind as an SMS provider.
