Вашим SDK в текущем виде пользоваться невозможно. Все современные php-проекты давно перешли на PSR и подключают сторонние зависимости через Composer.
Для начала стоит поменять структуру кода на предложенную и добавить Composer.json. Дальше уже можно будет думать про packagist.org
