feat: Added Prettier formatting

Formatted all .ts, .js, .jsx, .md and .json files (except some config json files)
Added .prettierignore and .prettierrc with default settings
Adjusted tslint configs to prevent conflicts with Prettier
Enforce tabs over spaces, allow developers to set their desired tab width
Add husky pre-commit hook
Added .vscode/extensions.json and workspace settings.json file for Prettier
