Use the OrderPizza Factory function to make the Pizza Place widget functional.
It shoud display four totals at the bottom:
- a total for all the small, medium & large pizzas ordered
- as well as a grand total for all the pizzas ordered.
The totals should increment when a quantity of pizza is entered and one of the Order pizza buttons are pressed.
