Does it support different languages and special characters like "æøå'*?

I'm really trying to make a nice app but the problem is that my current QR-code generate has NO style or support for other languages, it only supports English characters and numbers, NOTHING else, not even ' used in it's. So I'm just asking if your QR-code generator do support different languages and special characters. Thanks!
