d2 api query

Package provides a lightweight implementation of the API read query builder. Conceptions:

• Based on Laravel database query.
• Doesn't use Eloquent models.
• Has low memory usage.
• Allows simple relationships. But this will require writing code.
• Provides a whitelist of published data.
