- removed not needed inits from TransceiverState Init for variables which are overwritten after EEPROM load - also moved some minor init around to the right place in cw_gen - remove some dead and commented out code
- The issue affects user who switch their TRX off with the 80m band active. They'll see FULL power no matter which power was selected last. First transmit updates display with the "real" power used at switch off.
