Support for SSH Tunneling

The latest release allows users to build and run the port scanner on a remote instance (Currently only Amazon Linux 2 / ARM64). This is useful when trying to debug connectivity expectations behind a firewal, where perhaps only a subset of the machines running in the network are accessible via SSH from a local machine.
