bumping version for new release

version 1.1.0!

version bump to 1.0.0. A LOT has changed since the last release, and …

…now is

as good a time as any to regain some of the development momentum.

This will be the last version to build with Qt4, and I predict switching
to c++14 as the minimum standard required as well moving forward.

fixing relative path for new location in tree

tagging 0.9.20 release :-)

tagging for 0.9.18, now is as good a time as any other :-)
