그리고, 변경사항에 mc-102라는 신규 기기가 있는데 이 기기는 id를 발급드린적이 없는 기기입니다.
신규기기신청을 하고 id를 발급받기 전까지 이 PR은 반영이 불가능합니다.

There is an overlap with the above PR that has already been merged.
And, there is a new device called mc-102 in the change, which is a device that has never issued id.
This PR cannot be reflected until you apply for a new device and get an id issued.
