feat(hid-rp): Regenerate hid usage pages

Description

• Regenerate hid-rp/include/hid/pages using

  # from within repo intergatedcircuits/hid-usage-tables 
  python3 src/hid/codegen/cpp.py ~/esp-cpp/espp/components/hid-rp/include/hid/page

• Ensure code formatting is applied to all files

Motivation and Context

• Updates hid usage pages to match updated spec.
