A simple one page to output device pixel ratio and resolution based on CSS directly.

After melting brain regarding device pixel density for mobile development, a test page was required.

If we can save one hair one someone's head, it was worth it.

Also, I now have a grey eyebrow hair. No, srsly.

I still need to add the JS fix for the iOS orientation bug.
