• Sane 🪷: A sane man, is sane, by knowing what he can spare. In not wishing, what most people wish. In not grasping, what seems rare. The cultured, may call him heathenish, this man of few words. His one care, is not to interfere, but to let nature renew, upon that sense of direction, which most men undo.

• Self-Love 🪞: You cannot love others, or love ‘god’, while cursing yourself. You cannot give others, what you don’t have. To not criticize others, you must first not criticize yourself. Buddhahood is self love, that perfuses you, and overflows from you, into others. Loving yourself fully, is the most difficult thing. You will be judged for it. It is considered selfish. Society is built on subjugation, built upon hierarchies. It is dangerous for a slave to love themselves. They must really believe, that they don’t deserve love, and that they are unworthy of it, in order to remain in bondage willingly. So it is dangerous, and not always understood. Give attention to whatever comes up. Attention is the highest form of love. You give a child your attention, your loving presence. You don’t ignore them. Now, give yourself that attention. See what has been deprived of, for so many years. Anger, tears, grief, resentment. Our bonds don’t like the power of love. This is an act of greatest bravery, and often times not pleasant at all. The ego loves the self too. But not for the joy of being, feeling, but for the joy of being better than someone else. Even when a victim, it is a morally superior victim. If a perpetrator, it’s a better one, it’s a punisher, but it punishes only those worse people. The only reason that it is on top, is that it believes only those on top are worthy of love. But this is false.
