Creating an issue

1. Navigate to the "WhitePaper.md" file in the Repository's homepage or "code" section:

2. In the repository toolbar, click "Issues":

3. Click "New issue" on the right:

3.a. In the comment title field, type a title for your comment:

3.b. In the comment body field, type your comment:

3.c. Label your comment as either a question, comment, suggestion, or other (ignore all other fields on the right):

4. When you're finished, click "Submit new issue".
