Postjob actions should be displayed Workflow Run Form

Workflow steps can be followed-up by post job actions to e.g. rename an output, or send an email etc. This information should be displayed for workflow steps in the workflow run form.

Expected behavior
When expanding the detailed step section in the workflow run form, the post job actions should be displayed e.g. The dataset name will be renamed to..., or These tags will be added:....

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a workflow and add a workflow step.
2. Expand the 'Configure Outputs' section in the right panel.
3. Select to Change Datatype or Add Tags
4. Click on the Play button to load the run workflow form.5.
5. Expand the details
6. Notice that the post job actions are not shown.

However there is no trace of the post job actions when expanding the corresponding workflow step in the workflow run form:
