A latency tester for Smooch User Message Webhooks

1. Sign up for smooch and get an API key/secret. Drop these in a .env file in the code directory with variables named SMOOCH_KEY, SMOOCH_SECRET
2. Create a webhook on app user messages and point it at an ngrok url
3. Run this script
