OnCall Docs - Add description of Slack timeouts [support request] (#3747

A support request came in for additional documentation on the timeouts
for the Slack chat ops integration in docs.

### Configure timeout for acknowledged alerts

You can configure reminders for acknowledged alerts in the Additional settings section of the Chat Ops tab.
