profiles/default/linux: add missing uclibc deprecation files
'deprecated' isn't inherited so let's put it in every remaining uclibc profile that doesn't already have such a file to ensure everybody is notified. Noticed when trying 'default/linux/arm/17.0/uclibc/armv7a/hardened/deprecated' out of curiosity to verify it when setting up a new box.
