Add Docker Swarm support.

Run this container with a traefik container on same Docker Swam "manager" node.
Clients can get CNAME(xxx.local) defined by all containers not only on manager nodes but also worker nodes.

Notice

CNAME is linked with the node's FQDN. So you must run this container on the same node runs the traefik container.
Only manager node provides the Swarm Infomations, workers are not. So you must run this container on the manager node.
