Follow these steps to run the Node.js recommendation engine application: -Install node.js from http://nodejs.org/download/ -Download the project recommengine.zip and extract it -Open the command prompt in recommegine directory and type ‘npm install’ -Then, type ‘npm start’ in the command prompt to start the application -Visit ‘http://localhost:5000’ in your browser to access the application -Login as a user by typing a username and like/dislike a few coupons -To start seeing recommendations, login as another user and like a couple of coupons(recommendations start to show once you have common likes)
